A WORKING RHYTHM FOR DIGITAL DELIVERY

Your digital team

A productized digital team provides a defined way to request, prioritize, produce, and review recurring digital work. BrandFactory helps you shape an appropriate scope for content, creative, and web execution, with human responsibility for quality and exceptions.

THE WORKING IDEA

Turn a growing list of digital tasks into work your team can review.

See what we can scope
A clear request enters an agreed priority queue. Production follows the brief. Human review checks the result before acceptance or any agreed release.

01 / FIT

When this makes sense.

You have recurring digital work.

Content, campaign assets, or website updates keep returning. A defined scope and review rhythm could make that work easier to organize.

Your business can provide direction.

You have someone who can explain the purpose, supply source material, set priorities, and approve work. A clear brief helps prevent repeated rework.

You want to clarify delivery capacity.

A backlog makes the trade-offs visible. Agree the work types and available capacity so urgent requests do not silently displace existing commitments.

02 / THE SCOPE

What the work can include.

A digital team engagement is defined by the work you need and the capacity agreed. These are areas to discuss when shaping the scope, rather than an unlimited list of included services.

Content production

Scope specific content formats, source requirements, audiences, and channels. Agree research, drafting, editing, fact-checking, and approval responsibilities for each format.

Creative execution

Define the assets required for a campaign or channel, including dimensions, brand guidance, source files, and review criteria. Confirm the formats and production complexity in scope.

Website & campaign updates

Identify the content changes, pages, or campaign implementation tasks involved. Confirm platform access, testing, and release responsibility before scheduling work.

Requests & priorities

Agree how briefs enter the queue, who sets priority, and what information is required to start. Make dependencies and changes visible when a request is incomplete or expands.

Quality & acceptance

Define what finished means: accuracy, brand fit, functional checks, deliverable format, and approval. Agree review rounds and how feedback is consolidated.

Repeatable workflows

Document patterns that recur and use suitable tools or AI assistance where useful. Keep human review for quality, judgment, and work that falls outside the agreed pattern.

03 / THE WORKING RELATIONSHIP

A clear next step, every step.

  1. Bring the backlog

Share examples of recurring tasks, the channels involved, and the people requesting or approving them. Identify the work that repeats most often.

  2. Define the working agreement

Agree supported work types, capacity, priorities, review expectations, dependencies, and how changes or urgent requests will be handled.

  3. Brief, produce & review

Start with clear requests and the necessary inputs. Deliver for human review, resolve feedback, and complete the agreed acceptance or release steps.

  4. Improve the pattern

Review recurring questions, correction effort, and bottlenecks. Refine briefs, templates, and workflows as the team learns what makes delivery smoother.

04 / BEFORE WE BEGIN

Useful questions.
Clear answers.

Is this an unlimited design or content subscription?

No unlimited capacity is implied. Work types, volume or capacity, priorities, review rounds, and turnaround expectations need to be agreed in the scope. Ask about current availability and bring examples of the work you need.

Can we use Fullstp to request work today?

Fullstp is part of our product direction for structured digital execution. Contact us to confirm current availability and the appropriate request process. This page does not promise an active self-service portal or a specific subscription plan.

What if we need strategy or a substantial new build?

Those requirements may be better scoped as a growth infrastructure engagement or a separate implementation. We first distinguish recurring execution from the discovery, architecture, or strategy needed to define the work.

Who approves work and publishes it?

The working agreement identifies the approver and release permissions. Production, approval, and publishing are separate responsibilities that should be clear before work starts. AI assistance does not remove the need for human review.

A useful first brief includes:

  • Examples of the content, creative, or website work that repeats in your business.
  • Your expected volume, current backlog, timing, and priority channels.
  • Who provides the brief, source material, access, feedback, and final approval.
